As you hear the cheers of the lucky person who caught the butler, you wander outside into the royal garden, knowing there are even MORE chances to get a new child. There are 4 gardens, so you branch out to the southern-right one. Suddenly, you see a blurred figure run by. Bingo! Another! But this time, it won't be as easy as throwing balls at tiles. This time, the Pokemon is running around this square-ish hedge maze and hiding in the large roses in the middle of each. You have to throw it at the right one, or it'll run away faster than you can say sugar honey ice tea. Also, for some reason you can hear large instruments banging and bokming in the background. You make a mental note to look there next.
